Job summary

Mount Isa Mines, part of Glencore, invites applications for a Planner-Maintenance based in Mount Isa, Queensland. The role focuses on developing and coordinating maintenance plans to maximise asset reliability and equipment availability, working with supervision to deliver weekly schedules, scheduling activities and securing resources.

You will operate with a 5/2/4/3 roster on 9-hour shifts, utilise SAP CMMS for maintenance execution, and contribute to continuous improvement while ensuring

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling within mining or heavy industry.
• Strong understanding of maintenance work management and weekly schedules.
• Proven ability to coordinate resources and sustain equipment availability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly schedules through SAP for maintenance execution departments.
• Procure resources, parts and materials to support scheduled work.
• Champion the Maintenance Work Management process and mentor team members.
• Support supervisors to achieve KPI targets and maintain compliance.
• Ensure SAP maintenance records are retained per standards.
