Job summary

Boral Quarries in NSW seeks a Maintenance Planner to coordinate end-to-end maintenance planning across multiple quarry sites, improving asset reliability and safety. The role is permanent and full-time, based at Seaham or North Ryde, with regular travel across NSW

You will work with Quarry Managers and site leadership to oversee the full maintenance work management cycle, ensuring availability of labour, parts and tools and driving continuous improvement in maintenance practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office with strong spreadsheet/reporting skills.
• Experience with CMMS such as Maximo or similar.
• Understanding of maintenance scheduling and work orders.
• Exposure to heavy industry or scheduling/administration background desired.
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventative maintenance programs across NSW quarry operations.
• Prepare and issue weekly, monthly and shutdown maintenance schedules.
• Create, prioritise and close out work orders with accurate records.
• Ensure labour, contractors, parts, tooling and resources are available for planned work.
• Monitor maintenance backlogs and prioritise critical tasks.
• Maintain Maximo data integrity and produce reports on performance and compliance.
• Partner with site teams to align maintenance plans with production needs.
• Identify risks, delays and improvement opportunities in maintenance processes.
