Job summary

Boral is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent for its Limestone operation in Marulan, NSW. You will lead the maintenance function, drive reliability and safety, and develop teams to deliver cost-effective outcomes across fixed plant assets.

You will manage maintenance strategies and budgets, partnering with operations to maximise plant performance and minimise downtime through proactive planning.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in mining, quarrying or heavy industry.
• Trade qualification and/or engineering degree relevant to maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of fixed plant maintenance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture across all maintenance activities.
• Plan and schedule maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Manage budgets, costs and asset lifecycle planning.
• Coach and develop a team of tradespeople and contractors.
• Collaborate with operations and planning to optimise plant performance.
