Job summary

Boral Limited is seeking a Maintenance Planner to coordinate end-to-end maintenance planning across NSW quarry sites, including Seaham and North Ryde. You will partner with Quarry Managers and site leadership to improve asset reliability, safety and operational performance.

The role involves managing preventative maintenance programs, creating schedules, closing work orders, and ensuring resources are available.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong reporting skills.
• Experience with CMMS systems such as Maximo or similar.
• Strong understanding of maintenance scheduling and work order processes.
• Exposure to heavy industry environments (quarrying/mining) or strong scheduling/administration background.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management for cross-site coordination.
• Commitment to safety, reliability and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventative maintenance programs across NSW quarry operations.
• Prepare and issue weekly, monthly and shutdown maintenance schedules.
• Create, prioritise and close out work orders with accurate records.
• Ensure labour, contractors, parts, tooling and resources are available.
• Monitor backlogs and prioritise high-risk maintenance tasks.
• Maintain data integrity in Maximo and produce performance reports.
• Collaborate with site teams to align maintenance with production needs.
• Identify risks and improvement opportunities in maintenance processes.
