Job summary

Alfred Health is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join the Engineering & Facilities team. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities across multiple sites, ensuring preventative, corrective and statutory programs are delivered efficiently.

Reporting to the Deputy Director, you will develop maintenance plans, manage work order backlogs, coordinate shutdowns, and maintain asset data in CMMS, while liaising with trades, coordinators and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in maintenance planning and facilities management.
• Experience with building services and related trades.
• Strong organisational and scheduling capabilities.
• Knowledge of maintenance compliance and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CMMS and coordinating across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate maintenance activities across assets and sites.
• Manage work order backlogs and coordinate shutdowns.
• Maintain accurate asset information within CMMS.
• Collaborate with facilities coordinators, trades staff and contractors.
