Job summary

Perenti Global Limited, via its subsidiary DDH1 Drilling, is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator in Queensland to lead maintenance planning and coordination across the fleet. The role focuses on safe, reliable operations and reducing unplanned downtime, working closely with site teams and management.

The successful candidate will manage labour, contractors and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while supporting continuous improvement across maintenance practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with maintenance on drilling assets is advantageous.
• Knowledge of air compression, electrical and hydraulics.
• Proficiency with computer-based maintenance systems and software.
• HR Driver Licence preferred.
• Forklift Licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance requirements across the fleet with Operations Managers.
• Plan labour, contractors, parts and equipment for scheduled and breakdown maintenance.
• Prepare quotations, budgets, schedules and timelines for maintenance work.
• Provide technical support during equipment breakdowns and critical events.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance programs per manufacturer recommendations and business goals.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and asset history in the CMMS.
