Qualifications

• Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
• Experience planning maintenance for heavy machinery in mining.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Experience with Caterpillar, Liebherr, Sandvik or Hitachi equipment.
• Proficient in maintenance systems and MS Office; JDE knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan scheduled servicing and repairs for truck, dozer and ancillary fleets.
• Maintain and use the Maintenance Management System for budgets.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely parts availability.
• Monitor defect reporting and condition analysis to update schedules.
• Minimise costs by sourcing competitive suppliers.
• Plan short- and medium-term maintenance for fleet availability.
