Pental, part of the DuluxGroup, is recruiting a Maintenance Planner for our manufacturing site in Shepparton, Victoria. You will maximise equipment reliability and plant performance by planning maintenance activities in collaboration with maintenance, production and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning, coordination, or supervision within manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of preventative and predictive maintenance principles.
• Ability to plan, schedule and drive maintenance activities with stakeholders.
• Proactive safety mindset and focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to support safe, reliable operations.
• Manage maintenance schedules, work orders and asset records in CMMS.
• Collaborate with maintenance, production and engineering to improve reliability.
