Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Officer to manage day-to-day maintenance across our resort properties in Hobart. You will service resort rooms and amenities and support the preventative maintenance program to keep facilities in excellent condition.

The role requires hands-on experience in maintenance and grounds care, safety awareness, and the ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays. Join a supportive team delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Maintenance or similar role experience preferred.
• Understanding of OH&S principles.
• Ability to handle chemicals safely.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving.
• Good organizational skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resort rooms and amenities.
• Carry out preventative maintenance program.
• Maintain resort grounds and gardens.
• Assist with some housekeeping duties as required.
• Complete department paperwork.
