Job summary

Treeline Well Services PTY LTD – Toowoomba QLD is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance strategy and execution across our workover and well servicing rig fleet, allied equipment, heavy vehicles, and support gear.

The role reports to the Operations Manager – Australia and will establish a field team of tradespeople, with a strong hands-on leadership influence as the Australian operation is built.

Qualifications

• Must hold a trade qualification as Heavy Diesel Fitter, Mechanical or Electrical tradesperson.
• Hands-on CMMS experience and strong knowledge of rig equipment and hydraulics.

Responsibilities

• Set up and lead preventive maintenance programs and CMMS.
• Track and improve rig and equipment availability and reliability.
• Lead and develop the field maintenance team.
• Ensure rigs are ready for every move and rig-up.
• Manage inspection and certification of lifting, hoisting and BOP equipment.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, petroleum and gas safety, NHVR rules and client standards.
• Manage maintenance budget, spare parts and suppliers.
• Support safety culture and incident investigations.
• Report on maintenance performance, costs and priorities.

Education

Trade qualification as a Heavy Diesel Fitter, Mechanical or Electrical tradesperson
