Job summary

Community Housing Ltd (CHL) in Launceston, Tasmania, is seeking a Responsive Maintenance Officer to join our operations team. You will oversee responsive and vacated maintenance, liaise with contractors and internal stakeholders, and ensure properties meet safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide asset management advice and support for CHL’s asset base.
• Supervise and oversee responsive and vacated maintenance of properties.
• Liaise and negotiate with relevant business units, consultants and contractors.
• Support asset management projects and work assignments.
• Undertake onsite maintenance work as required.
• Work with contractors to ensure service standards and KPIs are met.
• Collaborate with the broader operations team and provide support across the team.
