Community Housing Limited in Port Macquarie seeks a Housing and Property Officer to deliver tenancy and property management across CHL owned and leased properties. The role combines customer-focused tenancy tasks with practical maintenance coordination and supports multiple teams.

Based mainly in Port Macquarie with occasional travel to Kempsey, you will handle tenancy sign-ups, rent reviews, maintenance coordination and asset-related projects to ensure service delivery during peak periods.

Formación

• Two years' experience in community housing, tenancy management, property management or a similar operational role.
• Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational support across tenancy and property management activities to maintain service delivery.
• Oversee asset policies, procedures and standards.
• Coordinate responsive and vacated property maintenance with contractors to support KPI delivery and on-site maintenance work.
• Manage rental collection and arrears processes.
• Complete condition reports, tenancy sign-ups, entry procedures, lease and rent reviews, and exit procedures.
• Coordinate reporting, complaints, compliance and administrative requirements in line with CHL standards.
• Maintain accurate property and tenancy records across required systems.
