Zusammenfassung

SunRice is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Pryde's EasiFeed unit and broader manufacturing operations. You will respond to equipment breakdowns, perform preventative maintenance, and collaborate with production teams to keep lines running safely and efficiently.

Ideal candidates hold a NSW-recognised Cert III Trade Qualification with 1–3 years post-trade experience, strong fault-finding skills, and a proactive, safety-first mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Cert III Trade Qualification (NSW recognised) in a relevant trade.
• 1–3 years post-trade maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Strong fault-finding, troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs.
• Safety-first mindset and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Proactive approach and willingness to roll up sleeves when needed.

Aufgaben

• Responding to equipment breakdowns and carrying out repairs to minimise downtime.
• Performing preventative and scheduled maintenance activities.
• Troubleshooting mechanical faults and identifying root causes.
• Contributing ideas to improve equipment reliability, performance and safety.
• Ensuring equipment is handed over in a safe, clean and food-grade ready condition.
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Working closely with production teams to keep operations running smoothly.
