Qualifications

• Possesses a genuine interest in the maintenance trade and develops skills through apprenticeship.
• Demonstrates strong safety awareness and willingness to follow procedures.
• Commits to on- and off-the-job training including attending TAFE as required.
• Ready to learn under supervision and progress to a qualified fitter.

Responsibilities

• Participate in on- and off-the-job training to become a fully qualified fitter.
• Follow safe work practices and procedures.
• Work with and under the supervision of tradespeople.
• Follow all instructions from tradespeople and supervisors.
• Attend TAFE as required.
