JBS Australia is the largest and most respected meat and food producer in Australia. Situated on 2,000ha, the JBS Riverina Plant is a part of the Riverina integrated farming, feedlot and processing operation. The cattle are walked from the feedlot to the plant, minimising stress and transportation costs, while simultaneously improving eating quality – one of only two in the southern hemisphere. Based just outside Yanco, between the popular townships of Leeton and Narrandera in the heart of the Murrumbidgee Irrigation district (or Riverina region), our location ensures the ability to source high-quality feeder cattle and grain to produce premium beef. The plant employs approximately 500 team members with a processing capacity of 600 head of cattle per day.

If you're mechanically minded, enjoy working with your hands and are keen to learn from experienced professionals, we'd love to hear from you. Join a supportive team, earn while you learn and complete your apprenticeship with one of Australia's leading food manufacturing companies.
