JBS Riverina Plant in NSW is seeking an Apprentice Electrician to join the Maintenance team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Electrical Team Leader, you will support plant assets in a beef processing environment close to Leeton.

This entry-level role offers hands-on training with a global organisation, with opportunities to advance your apprenticeship while contributing to safe, reliable operations at the Riverina site.

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude.
• Demonstrated interest in the trade.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to work a range of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Participating in and completing the necessary on and off the job training.
• Following safe work practices and procedures.
• Working with and under the supervision of tradespeople.
• Following all instructions from tradespeople and supervisors.
• Attending TAFE as required.
