Pact Packaging is seeking a Maintenance Fitter to perform preventative and reactive maintenance across manufacturing gear, ensuring reliability, availability, and performance targets. The position requires a trade qualification and experience in manufacturing, with proficiency in reading drawings and CMMS systems.

The Maintenance Fitter is responsible for the safe and effective execution of preventative and reactive maintenance activities across manufacturing and production equipment, ensuring plant reliability, equipment availability, and operational performance targets are achieved. The role includes diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults, conducting planned maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance. Working closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams, the Maintenance Fitter ensures all maintenance activities are completed in accordance with site safety, environmental, and quality standards, contributing to a safe and efficient manufacturing operation.
Available shifts: Day - 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and Afternoon -2:00 PM to10:00 PM
