Orica is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Coordinator at the Mt Thorley facility to keep operations compliant, organised and safe. You will coordinate day-to-day site administration, manage inspections, inductions, deliveries and spare-parts inventory, and work with contractors to maintain performance.

This role follows a Monday–Friday roster, leverages SAP Plant Maintenance and Enablon actions, and demands a strong safety focus and practical maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• High Risk Work Licence (Forklift) required.
• Experience in facility coordination and administration.
• Practical understanding of maintenance facility operations.
• Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance and inventory control.
• Knowledge of spare-parts inventory management.
• Strong safety focus and customer service mindset.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day facility and workshop administration.
• Manage facility Redbook inspections and SAP Plant Maintenance repairs.
• Maintain facility documentation and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate onsite contractors, inductions and inspections.
• Manage Enablon actions and compliance documentation.
• Receive, unload and store deliveries using a forklift.
• Support stocktakes and goods movements in SAP.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and compliant site.
