Job summary

Alstom in Lilyfield, NSW, is seeking a qualified Maintenance Electrician to join our manufacturing and rail maintenance team. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on rolling stock, diagnose electrical faults, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Certificate III in Electrotechnology (or equivalent) and NSW Electrical Licence, with strong fault-finding skills and experience in industrial or automation environments.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Electrotechnology (or equivalent) is required.
• NSW Electrical Licence is required.
• Strong electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in Industrial, Manufacturing, Heavy maintenance or Automation is desirable.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform Preventive and Corrective maintenance on the rolling stock.
• Electrical fault finding, diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Identifying and resolving electrical and equipment issues.
• Completing maintenance activities in accordance with safety and quality procedures.
