Pental, proudly part of the DuluxGroup, is seeking a licensed Electrician to join our industrial maintenance team in Australia. You will diagnose, address and repair electrical breakdowns, perform periodic maintenance, and help optimise equipment performance.

Qualifications

• A-grade Electrical licence and industrial electrician experience.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Experience with ERP systems (Pronto) and MS applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, addressing and repairing electrical breakdowns.
• Conducting periodic and preventative maintenance activities.
• Evaluate equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate with suppliers and contractors for parts, services and equipment.
• Debugging PLC logic and troubleshooting electrical/electronic controls and circuits.
• Install, repair and test electrical and electronic system.

WhatWe’reLooking for

• A-grade Electrical licence and previous experience as an Electrician in an industrial environment
• Understanding of safety regulations, specialised equipment, and industry best practices to ensure the safe operation of electrical systems
• Working knowledge of chemicals and associated safety procedures is highly regarded
• Confined space and working at heights and EWP licences preferred
• Proficient computer skills and ability to use ERP (Pronto) and Microsoft applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Flexibility to work day and afternoon shifts plus overtime is essential.
