Job summary

JBS Australia is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to ensure production equipment runs safely, efficiently, and reliably. You will join a skilled maintenance team to perform preventative maintenance, address breakdowns, and contribute to site-wide improvement initiatives.

Shift options include Day, Afternoon, Night (Teams A/B), and Weekend Crew, with competitive hourly rates and overtime opportunities. Relocation support is available for eligible candidates.

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or heavy industry environments.
• Strong mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.

Job description

As a Maintenance Electrician, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our production equipment operates safely, efficiently and reliably. Working alongside a skilled maintenance team, you’ll complete preventative maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Shift Options

• Day Shift | 6:00am – 3:20pm
• Afternoon Shift | 2:00pm – 11:20pm
• Night Shift – Team A | 10:00pm – 7:20am (Sunday to Thursday)
• Night Shift – Team B | 10:00pm – 7:20am (Monday to Friday)
• Weekend Crew | 4:00am – 4:00pm (Friday to Monday)

About You

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or heavy industry environments
• Strong mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• A commitment to workplace safety
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
