Job summary

JBS Australia is seeking a Maintenance Electrician for the Dinmore Plant, Queensland. You will ensure production equipment runs safely, reliably, and efficiently, performing preventative maintenance and responding to breakdowns as part of a skilled maintenance team.

You will contribute to site-wide continuous improvement initiatives and may be rostered across day, afternoon, night, or weekend shifts. Relocation support and staff discounts are among the benefits offered at this large, global meat

About the Role

As a Maintenance Electrician, you'll be responsible for ensuring our production equipment operates safely, efficiently and reliably. Working alongside a skilled maintenance team, you'll complete preventative maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Shift Options

Choose from a range of fixed rosters:

• Day Shift | 6:00am – 3:20pm
• Afternoon Shift | 2:00pm – 11:20pm
• Night Shift – Team A | 10:00pm – 7:20am (Sunday to Thursday)
• Night Shift – Team B | 10:00pm – 7:20am (Monday to Friday)
• Weekend Crew | 4:00am – 4:00pm (Friday to Monday)

Selected rosters include a 9-day fortnight with alternating rostered days off, providing additional time to spend with family, pursue hobbies, or simply recharge.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or heavy industry environments
• Strong mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• A commitment to workplace safety
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
