Job summary

Regis Resources is a prominent Australian gold producer with a strong pipeline and a history of reliable operations. The Maintenance Coordinator will join the Duketon Gold Project Processing Maintenance team, coordinating safe and efficient fixed-plant maintenance across processing operations.

This FIFO role from Perth requires coordinating with Operations, Planning, Reliability, Stores and contractors, ensuring work packs, permits, and schedules are ready while driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Trade qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation, or an Engineering Diploma / Degree.
• Experience in fixed plant maintenance within heavy industrial environments (gold processing preferred).
• Experience coordinating daily maintenance activities and shutdowns in a remote FIFO operation.
• Knowledge of fixed plant equipment (crushing, grinding, leaching, CIP/CIL, tailings).
• Experience using CMMS / EAM systems such as Pronto or SAP.
• Strong permit-to-work understanding and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safe, efficient delivery of fixed plant maintenance.
• Act as the interface between Operations, Planning, Reliability, Stores, HSE and contractors.
• Work with Mechanical Supervisors to follow weekly maintenance schedules.
• Prioritise corrective maintenance based on risk and production impact.
• Drive work pack readiness, including scope, drawings, tools and permits.
• Coordinate weekly shutdown prep and ensure material readiness.
• Support shutdown execution and schedule changes.
• Lead post-shutdown reviews and lessons learned.
• Manage permit‑to‑work and isolation processes for safe work.
• Coordinate contractor activities and clear scope expectations.
• Maintain quality work order feedback and backlog reduction.
• Produce daily/weekly maintenance performance reports.
