Regis Resources is seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator for the Duketon Gold Project. You will coordinate the safe and efficient delivery of fixed plant maintenance across the processing operation, interfacing with Operations, Planning, Reliability, Stores, HSE and contractors.

The role is site-based with FIFO from Perth, offering a pathway to advanced maintenance leadership within a premier gold producer.

Qualifications

• Excellent planning, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written communication and reporting abilities.
• Proven ability to coordinate contractors and multiple stakeholders under time-sensitive conditions.
• Trade qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation, or Engineering Diploma/Degree.
• Experience with fixed plant maintenance in gold processing or heavy industry.
• Experience using CMMS/EAM systems such as Pronto or SAP.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate safe, efficient delivery of fixed plant maintenance activities.
• Act as the central interface between Operations, Planning, Reliability, Stores, HSE and contractors.
• Lead weekly shutdown preparation and ensure materials, contractors and services are ready for execution.
• Drive work-pack readiness, including scope, drawings, tools, permits and resources.
