Regis Resources is seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join the Duketon Gold Project processing maintenance team. You will coordinate safe, efficient fixed plant maintenance activities across processing operations and act as a central interface between Operations, Planning, Reliability, Stores, HSE and contractors.

This FIFO role (8:6 roster) from Perth offers an opportunity to drive shutdown readiness, continuous improvement and plant availability in a dynamic gold processing

Formación

• Trades qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation disciplines or an Engineering Diploma / Degree.
• Demonstrated experience in fixed plant maintenance within gold processing, hard-rock mining or similar heavy industrial environment.
• Experience coordinating daily maintenance activities and shutdowns in a remote FIFO operation.
• Strong knowledge of fixed plant equipment including crushing, grinding, leaching, CIP/CIL and tailings systems.
• Experience using CMMS/EAM systems such as Pronto, SAP or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of permit-to-work systems and isolations procedures.
• Excellent planning, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written communication skills and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Support the delivery of safe, efficient and high-quality fixed plant maintenance activities.
• Act as the key coordination point between Operations, Planning, Reliability, Stores, HSE and contractors.
• Work with Mechanical Supervisors to ensure compliance with weekly maintenance schedules.
• Prioritise corrective maintenance based on risk, equipment criticality and production impact.
• Drive work pack readiness with complete scope, drawings, tools, permits and resources.
• Coordinate weekly shutdown preparation and readiness of materials and services.
• Support shutdown execution and monitor critical path activities.
• Lead post-shutdown reviews, schedule variance analysis and continuous improvement actions.
• Manage permit-to-work and isolation processes to promote safe work practices.
• Coordinate contractor activities and ensure clear communication of scope and expectations.
• Maintain high-quality work order feedback and support backlog management.
• Produce daily and weekly maintenance performance reports.
