Job summary

Advance Maintenance Service, a Carpentry and Plumbing Maintenance Services company based in Ormeau, is seeking a fulltime Maintenance Co-ordinator to deliver exceptional service to our established and growing client base. The role focuses on coordinating trades, managing quotes and invoices, and maintaining strong customer communication.

You will liaise with trades, estimators, suppliers and external contractors while handling high-volume data entry.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar maintenance/trade service role.
• SimPRO experience is highly desirable, but training can be provided.
• Strong communication and friendly personality.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling of work and attendances for our trades.
• High volume data entry including preparation of quotes and invoices.
• General phone duties and customer service.
• Liaising with trades, estimators, suppliers and external contractors.
