Your opportunity
Join the Port Authority team as a Maintenance Coordinator on a maximum term, 12-month basis. The role provides administrative support to Infrastructure Assets & Development team including preparing documents and reports, compiling meeting minutes and records, scheduling workshops, organising and maintaining information, coordinating calendars, analysing data including budgetary expenditures, and providing general office support.
This role is parental leave cover position and will report to the Senior Manager, Assets Maintenance – Land position based in our Sydney Head Office, close to the Barangaroo Metro station.
What you’ll bring
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook diary management, Intermediate Excel, Word and Power Point)
Experience with Financial systems (SAP preferred)
Relationship management skills to build effective, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and working with all levels throughout the Port Authority.
Oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and meet key deadlines
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
Current Drivers Licence.
