Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator at Rutherford in the Hunter Valley. The role focuses on supporting engineering and maintenance activities to ensure GMP, EHS and business objectives are met.

The successful candidate will develop and manage preventative maintenance, calibration and safety training programs, with strong budgeting, CMMS usage and the ability to read engineering drawings. Collaborative teamwork and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• GMP, EHS, Biosecurity and engineering design knowledge as it applies to pharmaceutical facilities, equipment and operations.
• Detailed knowledge of computerised maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Ability to understand engineering drawings.

Position summary

Support engineering and maintenance activities to ensure site GMP, EHS and business objectives are met.

Education and experience

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (preferred).
• GMP, EHS, Biosecurity and engineering design knowledge as it applies to pharmaceutical and biotechnology facilities, equipment and operations (desirable).
• Detailed knowledge of computerised maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Working knowledge of code of GMP.
• Wide experience in large scale microbiology or, bioengineering/process engineering (preferred).
• Ability to understand engineering drawings.
• Advanced MRP knowledge and computer literacy in Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage preventative maintenance programs, validation and calibration programs and safety training programs.
• A high degree of autonomy and self-motivation, and an ability to work with other members of team.
• Sound self-management, organisational and planning skills.
• Strong commitment to service and quality.
• Ability to navigate & operate virtual meetings in various platforms.
• Financial & budgeting skills.
