Job summary

Kennards Hire is seeking a Maintenance Controller for the Parkes branch to oversee the workshop and ensure high-quality servicing of small motor powered equipment. You will manage repairs, maintenance scheduling, and branch coordination to deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role or field with a proven track record of strong equipment maintenance and servicing.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work as part of a team or autonomously to meet deadlines.
• Valid MR Driver's licence is required for this role.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee servicing and repairs of hire equipment to Kennards Ready for Hire quality standards.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance and inspections and manage parts ordering.
• Coordinate PMP services and allocate tasks for service personnel and drivers.
• Support other branches with utilisation and repair of hire equipment as required.
• Perform branch facilities cleaning and maintenance as required.
• Handle pickup/delivery and loading/unloading of equipment.
