You’ll be joining a close-knit, hands-on team that takes pride in delivering neat, reliable workmanship across residential and light commercial properties throughout Geelong and surrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance carpentry, including door and jamb replacements, fascia and eave repairs, skirting, architraves, and cabinetry adjustments
• Complete bathroom renovation works including water-damaged wall and floor replacements, wet area sheeting (Villaboard/Water-resistant plaster), and preparation for tiling
• Repair and replace external timberwork, including decking, weatherboards, and pergola components
• Diagnose structural or moisture-related issues and implement durable repair solutions
• Work closely with other trades (plumbing, electrical, plastering, painting) to ensure smooth project delivery
• Maintain accurate job notes and communicate progress through digital platforms
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain tidy, well-presented work areas

What We’re Looking For

• Self-sufficient with excellent problem-solving and finishing skills
• Strong communicator with a professional, can-do attitude
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (company vehicle options available)

What We Offer

• Competitive hourly rate or salary, depending on experience
