Job summary

Trade Plus Recruitment is seeking skilled carpenters for ongoing commercial maintenance, refurbishment and fitout projects across multiple sites in Melbourne. You will work independently and as part of a team, delivering quality workmanship and reliable service on time.

Ideal candidates hold a carpentry qualification, have WWCC or the ability to obtain one, own tools and transportation, and possess strong attention to detail. White Card and relevant experience are required.

• Qualified and experienced carpenter.
• Current WWCC or ability to get one.
• Commercial maintenance and/or fitout experience.
• Own tools and reliable transport.
• White Card.

Responsibilities

• Carry out commercial maintenance and repairs.
• Perform refurbishments and make-good works.
• Install doors, frames and hardware.
• Execute wall, ceiling and partition works.
• Undertake general carpentry and building works.
• Address defects and maintenance rectification.

We are looking for skilled Carpenters to join our team working across a range of commercial maintenance, refurbishment and fitout projects.

We are seeking reliable, experienced tradespeople who take pride in their work and can work independently as well as part of a team.

About the Role

You will be working across a variety of commercial sites, with work including:

• Commercial maintenance and repairs
• Refurbishments and make-good works
• Door, frame and hardware installation
• Wall, ceiling and partition works
• General carpentry and building works
• Defects and maintenance rectification

What We're Looking For

• Qualified and experienced carpenter
• Current WWCC (Working with Children Check) or ability to get one
• Commercial maintenance and/or fitout experience
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual and professional
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Own tools and reliable transport
• White Card
