Job summary

Cochlear is seeking a full-time Supervisor - Maintenance & Calibration based in Sydney, with options for Macquarie or Lane Cove offices. The role will lead a team of technicians to perform maintenance and calibration to the required quality standards, coordinating day-to-day activities and KPI achievement.

You will implement solutions to improve equipment availability, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with Cochlear QMS and Hear Behaviour standards while developing strong stakeholder

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team day-to-day activities to meet KPIs.
• Set team KPIs with Manager.
• Improve equipment availability.
• Monitor and provide feedback on team performance.
• Ensure adherence to Cochlear QMS and Hear Behaviour standards.
• Solve problems and create solutions beyond standard procedures.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships and manage communications.
