Cochlear is hiring a Manufacturing Operator on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract in Sydney, with roles located at Macquarie University or Lane Cove. You will assemble components for Cochlear Implant systems, meeting productivity and quality targets while supporting team outcomes.
No prior experience is required. You will perform micro assembly under instructions, wear the appropriate PPE, and work across two shifts in a supportive, safety-focused environment.

Manufacturing Operators play a pivotal role in assembling components and sub-assemblies for the Cochlear Implant System, by meeting productivity and quality requirements and working effectively to achieve team business outcomes.
You will be initially allocated on one of our current shift patterns. The shift times are:
