Jaydo Construction in Melbourne, Australia is seeking experienced Excavator Operators with trenching and pipeline experience. You will work in a crew handling digging, laying pipes, and backfilling on projects in Melbourne's North and West.

The role requires safe operation of excavators, trenching, rock breaking and pipelaying, with leadership and ownership of projects and people. OH&S practices are essential, and applicants should have a Construction Industry Induction Card and an Excavator

Jaydo Construction is an Australian owned companyspecialising in Contracting and Construction Services in Water, Sewerage & Drainage Infrastructure for in excess of 50 years.

Jaydo is currently looking for highly experienced Excavator Operators that have deep trench, rock breaking and pipeline experience.

About the role

As one of our Mainline Operators you will be a competent, safety orientated person able to work in a crew of competent dig lay and backfill crews.

Our teams are currently working on projects in Melbourne's North & West.

Thisposition isopen to operators that are established and have demonstrated experience in the Trenching and Pipeline Industry.

Our operators are held in high regard, and we expect a level of leadership and ownership of the projects and people you work with.

Your main focus in this role will include:

• Safe operation of excavators
• Trenching
• Rock Breaking
• Small and large diameter pipelaying
• handling and placement of trench shields
