Job summary

CommBank in Mackay is seeking a Relationship Executive to manage and grow an established portfolio of diversified commercial banking clients across Mackay and the surrounding region.

You will understand your clients, their businesses and ambitions, using your relationship management experience and our broad range of products to help them move forward. You will also focus on identifying new opportunities, building referral networks and growing our presence locally.

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated success managing and growing a portfolio of business/commercial banking clients.
• Strong relationship-building and client-facing experience.
• Solid credit assessment and financial analysis capability.
• Ability to identify and develop new-to-bank opportunities through networks.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and retain their business through excellent service.
• Manage and grow an established portfolio of commercial banking clients.
• Use local networks and referral partners to identify new opportunities in Mackay.
• Develop a deep understanding of client needs and connect them with the right product teams.
• Originate, structure, negotiate and execute commercial lending solutions.
• Apply sound credit judgment to deliver quality client outcomes.
• Represent CommBank across Mackay and the local business community.
