Glad Group seeks a hands-on cleaning machinery operator to maintain high presentation standards at Grand Central Shopping Centre. The role requires operating floor scrubbers, car park sweepers and buffers while ensuring safety and reliability. Flexible day and night shifts, full training, and career progression are provided to support ongoing service excellence.

You will work with a supportive team to deliver clean, safe environments and exceptional customer service to clients and communities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating cleaning machinery.
• Proactive and reliable, maintaining high cleaning standards.
• Available to work day and night shifts.
• Experience with scrubbers/buffers/sweepers is advantageous.
• Strong presentation and customer service experience.

Responsabilités

• Floor Scrubbing Machines: operate Conquest and Tennant ride-on and walk-behind scrubbers.
• Car Park Sweeper: operate car park sweeping machines.
• Buffer Machines: use commercial floor buffers and polishing equipment.
• Detailed Cleaning: remove stubborn stains, dirt buildup and hard-to-reach areas.
• Equipment Maintenance: daily machinery checks and report faults.
• Workplace Safety: safe machinery operation and WHS procedures.
• Reliability: work independently and complete tasks to a high standard.
