Glad Group is seeking cleaners to deliver high-standard cleaning services across allocated sites in Australia. You will contribute to safe, welcoming environments, delivering professional customer service and maintaining presentation standards daily.

Flexibility for day and night shifts is required, with full training and development opportunities within a national business. Uniforms provided and a supportive team culture promise meaningful career progression.

Competenze

• Knowledge of commercial/retail cleaning practices is advantageous.
• Machine operations experience (scrubber, buffer, sweeper) is advantageous.
• Available to work day and night.
• Experience working as a team player.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in customer service.
• Basic computer literacy to use onsite systems for sign-in/out and reporting.

What you’ll be doing

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering cleaning services to a high standard across allocated sites
• Creating positive experiences through friendly and professional customer service
• Following workplace health and safety procedures and site requirements
• Working collaboratively to achieve team and client expectations
• Taking pride in your work with strong attention to detail and reliability
• Performing cleaning duties in line with scope to ensure presentation standards

Desired Skills and Experience

What we are looking for
