Visy Workforce is seeking experienced Machine Operators for full-time and casual roles at our Carole Park facility. You will operate packaging machinery, assist with setups and changes, and conduct quality checks while keeping a clean, safe workspace. Immediate start available subject to checks.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating experience within a manufacturing environment.

• Physical fitness and the ability to work either day or afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a desire to progress into more advanced machine operating roles.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team‑focused approach.
• A genuine commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.

About the Role

• Operate production machinery and associated equipment used in the manufacture of cardboard packaging.
