Job summary

WorkPac Group is seeking a reliable Machine Operator/Production Worker for the Helensvale depot on the Gold Coast. The role is on-site with Monday–Friday availability and options for day or afternoon shifts (6am-2.30pm or 12pm-8.30pm).

You will operate steel processing and roll-forming machinery, set up and monitor production runs, perform quality checks, and assist with material handling and packing. A strong safety mindset and forklift/overhead crane experience are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in machine operating or production/manufacturing.
• Mechanically minded with ability to learn setup and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards.
• Physically fit for manual handling in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Commitment to workplace safety.
• Driver's licence and reliable transport; forklift/overhead crane desirable.

About you

• Previous machine operating, production or manufacturing experience
• Mechanically minded with the ability to learn machine setup, operation and basic troubleshooting
• Good attention to detail and ability to consistently produce work to quality specifications
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Drivers Licence and Reliable Transport
• Forklift Licence and/or overhead/gantry crane (Highly Desirable)
