Job summary

CG Recruitment is hiring Machine Operators to run a Vertical Form Seal Machine in a cold room environment, packaging fresh produce and supporting a busy production team in Smeaton Grange. AM and PM shifts are available with hourly rates of $37 and $42 respectively.

You will perform quality checks, label products, dispatch orders, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace while collaborating with the team to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a machine operator with VFFS bagging is advantageous.
• Solid FMCG experience.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and Basic Food Hygiene.
• Ability to work in a cool environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Efficient in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

NOW HIRING – MACHINE OPERATORS (Vertical Form Seal Machine)

Temp to Perm Positions

Location: Smeaton Grange
Shifts: Monday to Friday – AM + PM Shifts Available

We’re seeking a reliable and skilled Machine Operators to operate a Vertical Form Seal Machine used to seal fresh produce (top and bottom). You’ll be working in a cold room environment and supporting a busy production team.

AM Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm — $37 per hour(Monday - Friday)

PM Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm — $42 per hour(Monday - Saturday - Wednesday off)

Key Responsibilities:
