Job summary

Frontline Human Resources is seeking an experienced Machine Operator with a Forklift Licence for a role in Wetherill Park. The position offers a rotating 2x12h shift and an hourly rate of AUD 45–52, with potential for full-time employment for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently to meet daily targets and quality standards.
• Load, unload, and transport materials using a counterbalance forklift.
• Monitor machine performance, perform routine adjustments, report faults or maintenance.
• Complete quality inspections to ensure product specs and identify defects before dispatch.
• Assist with packing, palletising, labeling, and preparing finished goods for storage and distribution.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment according to health and safety procedures.

The Role

FHR currently have multiple opportunities for an experienced Machine Operator with a Forklift Licence to join our client that specializes in building products. This opportunity is in Wetherill Park, and we have immediate starts available for the candidates who're successful in their application for these positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently to meet daily manufacturing targets and quality standards.
• Load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished products using a counterbalance forklift.
• Monitor machine performance, perform routine adjustments, and report any faults or maintenance requirements.
• Complete quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and identify defects before dispatch.
• Assist with packing, palletising, labelling, and preparing finished goods for storage and distribution.
