Machine Operator - Timber Pallet Manufacturing

CMTP is looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our growing Clontarf Site.

This isn't a general labouring role, we're looking for a mechanically minded person who enjoys operating machinery, solving problems, achieving production targets and continuously improving the way things are done.

You'll operate semi-automated timber pallet manufacturing equipment, complete machine changeovers, maintain quality standards and help keep production running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do:

• Operate semi-automated manufacturing equipment
• Complete machine setups and product changeovers
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues
• Perform routine operator maintenance
• Monitor product quality and production performance
• Contribute to safety and continuous improvement initiatives

About you:

• Experience operating manufacturing or production machinery

Highly regarded:

• Experience with automated production equipment

• Experience in timber manufacturing or similar industry
