Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in FMCG/manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to follow safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Knowledge of 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles is highly regarded.
• Strong communication skills and ability to document work
• Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
• Continuous improvement mindset and proactive problem-solving.
• Reliable with good attendance and performance record.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Full working rights in Australia are essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up, perform changeovers, operate, and troubleshoot equipment per Arnott's standards.
• Maintain efficient operation of packing machines and feeding stations.
• Complete production and quality documentation; conduct quality checks.
• Uphold GMP, HACCP, and hygiene standards on the production floor.
• Work both independently and with the team to hit daily targets.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and coaching of team members.
