Job summary

Indi Connect seeks an experienced HR Tipper/ Roller Operator for ongoing civil works at the RAAF Base in Wagga Wagga. You will operate a 10-tonne tipper and roller across civil, drainage and excavation works on a long-term assignment (6–12 months) with potential for more work.

The role is casual, Day shift, with an immediate start and opportunities to continue on upcoming projects across major Defence infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Current HR Driver Licence - essential.
• Proven tipper operating experience.
• Proven roller operating experience.
• Construction White Card.
• Relevant roller/plant tickets.
• Strong civil construction experience.
• Ability to pass a National Police Check.
• Ability to obtain required Defence site clearance/access.
• Reliable transport.
• Strong safety focus.
• Ability to complete all required site and Defence inductions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 10-tonne tipper truck.
• Operate rollers.
• Support civil and earthworks crews.
• Drainage and excavation works.
• Complete daily pre-starts and site documentation.
• Work safely within Defence and Tier 1 site requirements.

The Role

Indi Connect is seeking an experienced HR Tipper / Roller Operators for ongoing civil works at the RAAF Base in Wagga Wagga. The successful candidates will be required to operate a 10-tonne tipper truck and roller across civil, drainage and excavation works. This is a long-term opportunity with approximately 6-12 months of work, with the potential for further opportunities as project requirements increase.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting civil and earthworks crews
• Drainage and excavation works
• General civil construction duties where required
• Completing daily pre-starts and site documentation
• Working safely within strict Defence and Tier 1 site requirements

What you'll need
