Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a casual Capsulating Machine Operator for a Banksmeadow-based pharmaceutical production team. You will operate capsulating machinery, adhere to GMP standards, and support a clean, safe production environment on a Monday–Friday schedule.

The role requires reliability, ability to perform repetitive lifting up to 25kg, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced setting with ongoing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, production or FMCG environments.
• Experience operating machinery is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of GMP, quality and hygiene standards.
• Ability to perform repetitive manual handling up to 25kg.

Responsibilities

Are you experienced in pharmaceutical production or manufacturing and looking for a stable Monday-Friday role?

We are currently seeking a reliable and hands-on Capsulating Machine Operator to join a pharmaceutical production team based in Banksmeadow.

The Role

Working as part of a pharmaceutical production line, you will be responsible for operating and supporting the capsulating machinery, following strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards and maintaining a high level of accuracy and cleanliness.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and monitoring capsulating machinery on the production line.
• Following pharmaceutical GMP standards, procedures and quality requirements.
• Performing manual handling of materials, including lifting up to 25kg.
• Assisting with machine cleaning and changeover processes.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised production environment.
• Following production procedures and workplace health & safety requirements.
• Completing production tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Working collaboratively with the wider production team to meet daily targets.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, production or FMCG environments.
• Experience operating machinery is highly desirable.
• A strong understanding of GMP, quality and hygiene standards.
• Ability to perform repetitive manual handling up to 25kg.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Good reliability and attendance.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Ability to commence at 5:54am in Banksmeadow.
