Job summary

JBS Pork Australia is seeking an experienced Electrician to support our Corowa site. The role provides maintenance and repair services for facilities and equipment to ensure smooth operations.

You will perform on-site electrical maintenance, participate in project work, and support training of apprentices, with a focus on safety and reliability. The successful candidate will adapt to flexible hours and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Maintain electrical systems and comply with safety standards.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults.
• Communicate clearly and work with apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Perform general electrical maintenance.
• Undertake on-site maintenance, equipment installation and breakdown repairs.
• Complete daily work routines, jobs and project work in accordance with Company needs and priorities.
• Maintain tools and equipment in a safe and proper working condition.
• Assist in the training of other employees / apprentices.
• Ensure annual objectives are regularly reviewed and met.
• Contribute to key business activities (as required).
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, processes and work instructions at all times.
• Perform other duties as directed.

About the Role

JBS Pork Australia - Farming Team is currently recruiting an Electrician to support the team at our Corowa site.

This full-time position is responsible for providing an efficient and effective repair and maintenance service for Company facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general electrical maintenance.
• Undertake on-site maintenance, equipment installation and breakdown repairs.
• Complete daily work routines, jobs and project work in accordance with Company needs and priorities.
