Job summary

Resthaven is seeking a Microsoft 365 Adoption and Productivity Lead to enable genuine use of SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Planner and the M365 suite across the organisation. This is an enablement role focused on governance, usage patterns, and enablement resources, with a path to continuous improvement as the platform grows.

The role is a permanent full-time position reporting to the ICT Project Manager, with occasional out-of-hours work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience driving Microsoft 365 adoption across teams.
• Ability to translate governance standards into practical guidance.
• Strong communication with non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams to use SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Planner and M365 tools effectively.
• Establish and maintain M365 governance standards and patterns.
• Act as hands-on advisor for new workspaces and information architecture.
