Regis Resources Ltd, a premier Australian gold producer, seeks an experienced M365 Desktop Specialist to join our IT team at the Subiaco office. You will support, administer and improve Microsoft 365 services, SharePoint Online and desktop apps, ensuring secure, reliable productivity for staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting desktop applications in a Windows environment.
• Strong hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange Online).
• Experience managing SharePoint Online environments and governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of Azure AD/Entra ID and identity management principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level support for Microsoft Office and desktop software.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Exchange Online, Outlook, OneDrive).
• Manage user accounts, permissions and licensing per security policies.
• Support SharePoint Online environments, permissions and governance.
• Monitor service health and performance; resolve issues proactively.
• Assist with deployment, endpoint configuration and patch management.
• Design SharePoint-based solutions to improve collaboration and document management.
• Develop user guides and training materials for digital literacy and adoption of Microsoft 365.
• Collaborate with IT teams to align 365 services with broader infrastructure requirements.
