Job summary

OneStep Group is seeking a Solutions Consultant in Melbourne to deliver SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and related Microsoft 365 engagements. You will architect, advise, build, migrate and support customers using defined methodologies and a documented engagement scope.

The role focuses on configuring and developing on M365, enabling Power Platform, Purview and Copilot Studio, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and drive improvements across delivery and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing and analysing SharePoint, Teams, Exchange and Purview.
• Ability to scope, design, implement and migrate SharePoint/365 solutions.
• Experience with governance, security and data governance for M365.
• Strong communication with internal teams, vendors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver solutions engagements following defined methodologies.
• Consult, configure and develop on Microsoft 365 with a focus on SharePoint and knowledge management.
• Deliver enterprise solutions on the M365 platform including SharePoint Online and On-Premises, Teams, Purview.
• Mentor and support junior consultants, promoting best practice in M365 development.
