Job summary

TLS Consulting Pty Ltd is engaging in the development of secure collaboration platforms designed to enable secure, scalable and integrated engagement across an organisation, its partners, and industry stakeholders. The program is delivered progressively, beginning with an MVC and supporting collaboration at protected levels.

We are designing for a multi-cloud environment with federated identity and access management for secure authentication, role-based access, and data sovereignty.

Qualifications

• NV 1 Clearance required for the role.
• Experience with secure collaboration platforms and multi-cloud environments.
• Knowledge of federated identity and access management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of the secure M365 environment.
• Oversee technical delivery and align with project milestones.
• Engage with project managers, business stakeholders and Cyber GRC teams.
• Approve technical decisions and manage risk across all project phases.
• Provide technical governance and ensure Defence standards compliance.
• Coordinate cross-team activities and resolve escalated issues.
• Represent engineering in executive and stakeholder forums.
• Extended duties include tenancy design, cost optimisation and release management.
• Maintain documentation standards and governance across platforms.

Our client is developing secure collaboration platforms to establish a strategic capability that enables secure, scalable and integrated engagement across its organisation, partners and industry stakeholders. The capability is being delivered progressively, commencing with a Minimum Viable Capability (MVC), and will support collaboration at the protected classification level and below.

The platforms are being designed to operate within a multi-cloud environment, providing compatibility with services and applications provisioned across the client’s cloud ecosystem, as well as those hosted by approved external service providers. The architecture will incorporate federated identity and access management to enable secure authentication and role-based access for organisational, partner and administrative users.

The solution will also provide logical data segregation to support data sovereignty and compliance requirements, while enabling integration with the client’s existing enterprise systems and services.

NV 1 Clearance is a must. Candidates prior Defence experience, that also fit the criteria, will be prioritised.
